My name is Stewart, I am 60 years young and have been imaging on and off for approx 20 years. It’s only really the last 7 years that I have taken the hobby seriously, and wanted to move forward with more professional equiupment and make strides into producing some images that I can be proud of. I live in rural Leicestershire and have a back garden self-built observatory, that I call the AstroShed. My sky is pretty average for the UK at bortle 6. I don’t have the best views from my AstroShed due to being situated in the middle of a small housing estate but it's much better than many people have.
